We are touching base to bring you an update on the Club Lotto.
As you are aware there are 2 lotto draws each week – the main lotto draw and a second draw.
The main draw jackpot prize starts at €2,500 and for each week the jackpot is not won, the amount increases by €150. The second draw jackpot is €2,500 and remains at that level for each draw.
Last Sunday 1st October the main draw jackpot amount stood at €27,400. Due to licencing restrictions, the maximum jackpot amount the club can pay out is €27,500 (in addition to the €2,500 on the second draw). Therefore, from this Sunday 8th October the main draw jackpot will be €27,500 and remain at that level until such time that it is won.
While the main draw jackpot is now capped at €27,500, please be assured that we will continue to set aside €150 from lotto proceeds for each week that the main draw is not won.
When the main draw is won, the jackpot will be reset to €2,500 as is normal and the funds that has been set aside will also be added to the jackpot.
