New Football Rules

The Douglas Coaching Committee has arranged a targeted workshop on the newly implemented Football Review Committee rules for men’s gaelic football. This workshop “Mastering the New Gaelic Football Rules for Clubs” will be delivered in person by highly regarded coach Evan Talty in the Club Function Hall on Friday 31st January 2025 at 7.30 p.m. Coaches and players who wish to attend the workshop can register for free through the following online form:

Healthy Club

In Conjunction with Irish Life GAA Healthy Club Every Step Counts Challenge Douglas is running a Wednesday Walking Club.

Starting Location: Douglas GAA Club
Time : 19.00hrs
Distance : 2.5km / 5km

Let’s keep Douglas on top of the Munster Leader board! If you haven’t already signed up to the Irish Life Mylife app

to record your steps then we encourage you to do so.

In the challenges section pick Munster and then Douglas GAA. It is then important that your step logging device e.g.

Fitbit, mobile phone is allowed to sync with the Mylife app so that the club gets credit for all your steps!
